    Responsibilities

     Acting as a key point of contact, the HR Advisor will be responsible for providing first line support to the business; they will work closely with the HR center of expertise who are multi-brand and Kate Spade HR Director (Europe) overseeing the full generalist spectrum.

     

    • Support the HR Director in providing generalist HR support to key client groups
    • Work with multi-brand HR functions to manage Employee Relations matters in compliance with local legislation and HR best practice
    • Support with HR projects across Europe in line with Kate Spade’s global HR vision
    • Own the preparation of monthly key HR metrics
    • Support with key annual processes such as the annual performance review process
    • Regular review of the team’s administrative processes, ensuring alignment with HR team members and identifying efficiencies and areas for improvement on a continuous basis
    • Build on ways of working with the HR center of experiences
    • Champion the roll out of the new HRIS system

     

    Qualifications

     

    • Work experience as a HR Advisor ideally in an international (luxury) retail or hospitality environment.
    • Sound knowledge of local UK employment legislation and HR best practice in the UK
    • An analytical mind and a commercial focus
    • A hands-on attitude and willingness to work with minimal administrative support in a fast growth company
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills
    • Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization
    • Strong diagnostic, listening, and creative problem solving skills
    • Ability to drive and support change initiatives
    • Flexibility with ability to adjust approach and style
    • Fluency in business English
