    Responsibilities

    The project manager, is responsible for managing project plans, schedules and key milestones, and facilitating an efficient workflow process to ensure deadlines are met and accurate development of creative materials are achieved. Key elements of the role include ensuring that projects have clear direction, objective & focus prior to initiating, managing project status documents and resources, and ensuring team’s work aligns to brief. This person will handle multiple projects at a time in various different stages, so the ability to thoughtfully prioritize, delegate and manage resources is key. The ideal candidate will be an energetic multitasker with strong creative problem solving skills to balance competing priorities without losing sight of the details. This person knows how to hold people accountable for their own work, finds joy in putting process in place and is passionate about facilitating the creative process.

     

    essential duties and responsibilities to include but not be limited to:

    • key focus on global cross-functional/event projects, showrooms & windows
    • work as key liaison between global teams across: marketing, visual merchandising, wholesale, social media/digital, production, ecommerce, select external partners/vendors and the creative departments 
    • partner with manager to evaluate, strategize and evaluate creative project process
    • responsible for monitoring, routing & upholding brand quality by ensuring all projects are approved by appropriate parties and deliver final files/outputs
    • communicate project status’ to all stakeholders on a regular basis throughout the lifecycle of the projects managed
    • maintain DAM system uploading, tagging metadata, organization, archiving and distribution of final assets when applicable
    • collaborate with manager on meeting ownership & division of tasks/projects 

    Qualifications

    • bachelors degree required 
    • 3 - 5 years of relevant industry experience; must have experience with project management 
    • excellent oral and written communications
    • strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. ability to motivate and negotiate effectively with key employees, top management, and external partners to take desired action.
    • time management skills and ability to multitask and focus in busy work environment
    • project planning, decision-making and creative problem-solving skills
    • people management and collaboration skills
    • ability to handle multiple projects, deadlines and competing priorities
    • knowledge and use of project management software and DAM systems a plus
    • experience with event planning/design, retail display or creative production a plus
