    Responsibilities

     

    Reporting to the Finance Director, the Finance Analyst is responsible for the collation and analysis of sales, KPI and other useful information in an on-going effort to increase overall sales productivity and accurate forecasting, allowing leaders to make better informed decisions.

    Responsibilities include but not limited to:

     

    • Collate and analyse sell-in, sell-out data, door level productivity, comp growth for Key Accounts and other useful KPIs to evaluate performance and opportunity
    • Wholesale Gross margin analysis
    • Wholesales Gross to net sales analysis
    • Analyse Brand ambassador impact to Sales 
    • Follow up with wholesale Account Management and Account Services teams to ensure timely shipments to meet quarter end target
    • Track and analyse business growth and trend by country and channel.
    • Manage and track departmental T&E spend to budget
    • Support month end closing and quarterly forecasting process
    • Support AOP and LRP planning for the wholesale channel
    • Assist FD with preparation on periodic management reporting
    • Continuously improving processes and quality of deliverables
    • Other tasks as required

    Qualifications

    • CIMA qualified with 2+ years of FP&A experience
    • Expert knowledge of Excel
    • Hyperion and PBCS experience a plus
    • Self-motivated with ability to multi-task under tight deadlines and have a strong sense of urgency
    • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and with non-finance stakeholders
