    Responsibilities

    Primary Purpose: The retail operations coordinator is responsible for daily management of the Omnichannel order management system (Locate). Support the retail operations team and field organization by ensuring timely follow up of brokering system. 

     

    The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Retail Operations to...

     

    • Coordinate Omnichannel (Locate) order tracking and order management as well as provide issue resolution by partnering with store teams, ecommerce customer service, and internal departments
    • Broker sales based on inventory availability within various Omni ordering channels
    • Create daily reporting through use of Daily Fulfillment reporting tools in Locate
    • Monitor ordering system (Locate) and report any technical and inventory issues
    • Provide internal order status as needed to requesting departments
    • Serve as a resource to stores upon request by working with Locate reporting tools
    • Communicate with store teams to ensure highest level of customer service through timely ordering, pack-out standards, and feedback on guest journey

    • Must have weekend availability

     

    An outstanding professional will have...

     

    • Minimum 1-2 years experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment with a focus on retail operations and customer experience
    • Bachelor’s degree preferred
    • Micros/Locate order brokering preferred, not essential
